NOTICE OF SALE GEORGIA, COLQUITT COUNTY. Because of default in the payment of indebtedness secured by a deed to secure debt executed by Donald C. Adams to The Trust Bank dated October 26, 2011, securing a note in the original principal amount of $130,400.00, said security deed being recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Colquitt County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1119, Pages 53-67, Colquitt County records, the holder thereof, pursuant to the said Security Deed and Note creating the indebtedness thereby secured, has declared the entire amount of said indebtedness due and payable. Pursuant to the power of sale contained in said security deed, the holder of said security deed will, on the first Tuesday in March 2024, during the legal hours of sale before the Courthouse door in Moultrie, Colquitt County, Georgia, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the lands described in said security deed, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 165 in the 9th Land District of Colquitt County, Georgia, being shown as Tract 4A, containing 4.00 acres, more or less, on a plat of survey prepared by Harold G. Harper dated April 29, 2008, and recorded in Plat Book 41, Page 58A, Colquitt County records, which said plat and the record thereof are incorporated herein and made a part of this description.
