A. Sections16-13-49 and 9-16-12. On September 17, 2017, officers of the Colquitt County, Georgia, Sheriff's Office seized the defendant property in Doerun, Georgia, Colquitt County, Georgia. Said action alleges that you may have an interest in said property. You are hereby commanded and required to file with the Clerk of said Court and serve upon Kenneth Still, Assistant District Attorney, Southern Judicial Circuit, Post Office Box 2498, Moultrie, Georgia 31776-2498, an answer to the complaint within thirty (30) days of the date of final publication of this notice, that is to say within thirty (30) days of the second publication.
